How do we make money?

Transparency is not a footnote for us, but a foundation. So here is how our work is financed: for a successful brokerage we receive 3% of the loan amount in total. Depending on the bank, that amount is borne by the bank in full or in part; whatever the bank does not bear, you pay as a success fee — but at most 1.5% of the loan amount.

The bank's commission

When your financing is concluded, the bank pays us a commission. Depending on the bank this is an internal commission, a credit intermediary commission paid by the bank (= a pass-through item) or a share of the bank processing fee — which form it takes, and how high it is, is not fixed in advance. It is economically part of the terms of your loan — which is why we disclose it: you will see the exact amount in black and white in your European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) before signing. It is offset in full against our total remuneration. If the commission is financed together with the loan, you also pay interest on it pro rata over the term.

What you pay as a success fee

If the bank's commission does not reach the 3%, you pay the difference as a success fee — but at most 1.5% of the approved gross loan amount. If the bank bears the entire remuneration, your share does not apply at all. The success fee only becomes due after the loan agreement is signed, within 14 days of receiving the commission note. It is agreed with you in writing in advance — never retroactively, never without your consent.

What this means for you

The calculator, financing check and initial assessment are free — no costs arise before your first conversation. Reviewing your case is the responsibility of your personal contact — the way we are paid does not change that. If no financing is concluded, you incur no costs.
